Our client one of the highest Italian Premium Brands is looking for an _**Sales Assistant Full time - TEMPORARY CONTRACT **_ to be part of their boutique whitin the very hearth of Puerto Banus
**Main duties**:
To provide a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the Boutique in Puerto Banus.
**The Role**:
- To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests;
- To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;
- To approach customers and offer them advice and support on products to persuade them to buy;
- To develop enduring relationships with clients;
- To maximise sales for the Boutique;
- To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
- To handle returns of merchandise;
- To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Boutique at the highest standard;
- To support the team on the general operations of the Boutique;
- To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
- To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
- To maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates;
- To go the “extra mile” to meet targets;
**SKILLS**
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) is essential;
- 3-5 years Retail or service industry experience;
- To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
- Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues;
- Great customer service skills and problem-solving;
- Good standard of numeracy;
- To be able to motivate, manage and lead your team;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Dynamic and creative.
