About this PositionThe Planning Inventory Performance Manager Adhesive EU definesand drives the European inventory strategy across 9 Sub-BUs, balancing servicelevel and cost to serve. The role leads inventory excellence throughgovernance, KPIs, and performance management in line with Global Supply Chainbest practices, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvementacross the Adhesive Operations Europe (AOE) organization.What you’ll doInventory Strategy & Performance- Ownand implement end-to-end inventory strategy across AOE domains- Define,cascade and monitor inventory KPIs aligned with regional and globalstandards- Analyzeperformance trends and identify improvement opportunities- Driveinventory governance through structured review cadence, dashboards, andreporting- Partnerwith functional leaders, SBUs, and Process & Systems teams to optimizeprocesses and systems- Supportdecision-making with clear insights and recommendationsLeadership & Collaboration- Facilitate the EU Inventory Steering Committee chaired by AOE Head- Represent Europe in the Global Inventory Community of Practice- Lead cross-functional and cross-regional alignment with GSC and SBUs- Coordinate planning network heads and project teams to ensure execution of initiativesWhat makes you a good fit- 2 possible locations: Spain (Barcelona), Hungary (Budapest)- Fluent English is a must (regional & global cooperation)- Bachelor’sdegree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field (Master’spreferred)- Minimum 6 years’ experience in supply chain planning, inventory management or supply chain performance- Passion for inventory, planning, optimization topics- Strongexpertise in KPI management, data analytics (e.G.
