Ecostars ESG AI is a B2B SaaS focused on ESG certification + management hub for the travel industry. The company was born in 2021 and now is heading its Series A round (previous Seed round was invested by VCs 4Founders and Encomenda).
Ecostars is the leader on its sector in Spain and Europe, and #3 at global scale, present in 50+ countries across Europe, Latin America, APAC and MEA. A total of 3k+ hotels have been certified with Ecostars, including large chains as Meliá, Paradores, Catalonia, H10, Vincci, Abba, Sercotel... and individual hotels from large international chains as Marriott, Accor, Hilton, Mandarin Oriental... etc.
Ecostars is a high-growth startup with a strong product, deep tech (AI powered) and experienced team.
About the role
Ecostars is looking for a Head of International Sales: an individual with previous experience scaling a B2B SaaS startup/scaleup internationally, currently in a role of Sales leader in a Series A-C company.
Target 1 million € individual CARR in the next 18 months.
Requirements
We are very demanding for this position, and applicants MUST meet all the following requirements:
A) Currently working as Sales Leader in a B2B SaaS startup / scaleup
B) Have had individual goals of 500k€+ yearly CARR
C) Previous experience scaling internationally a B2B SaaS
D) Hands-on mentality; do-er
E) Perfect English: Native or C2
F) Based in Madrid, Spain (hybrid work model)
Compensation and package
Salary compensation aligned with experience, plus equity-based compensation so you can benefit from the company hipergrowth.
