What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with a strong focus on AWS Cloud to design and guide enterprise-grade cloud solutions. The role emphasizes architecture, solution patterns, product assessments, proofs of concept, and the definition of best practices.
You would work for one of our main clients, leader in the Banking Sector.
High english level is required.
Location: 100% remote ONLY in Spain
Key Responsibilities
* Design and define scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient AWS cloud architectures.
* Lead architectural decisions, reviews, and proofs of concept (PoCs).
* Define standards, best practices, and target architectures for cloud migration and modernization.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
* Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with strategy.
Mandatory Skills
* 5+ years of experience in Cloud / Solution Architecture (AWS).
* Strong experience designing enterprise and cloud‑native architectures.
* Solid background in distributed systems, security, networking, and integration.
* Experience with microservices, APIs, event‑driven architectures, and DDD.
* Containers and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
* Experience working as a Team Lead or managing teams.
* Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
AWS Data Services experience
* Amazon S3
* AWS Lake Formation
* AWS Glue
* Amazon EMR
