Global Community Manager Job Description
We are seeking a talented Global Community Manager to join our team of community experts at Gameloft.

About the Role
The Global Social & Community team has an exciting opportunity for a Global Community Manager to oversee content and engagement strategies across all official Gameloft channels.
You will foster community growth by developing engaging content plans, actively engaging with followers, creating community events and streams, and bringing our global brand to life.
Main Responsibilities
1. Participate in shaping social media and community strategies, including tone of voice and engagement approaches.
2. Build and implement an editorial calendar, coordinating with stakeholders for high-quality content.
3. Ensure community members have access to key updates and create connections between global networks and studio communities.
4. Manage content creation processes to maintain a steady flow of evergreen content and optimize ROI.
5. Track and analyze community and content KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement.
Campaign & Community Activation Development
1. Design and execute community-focused activations and campaigns.
2. Monitor campaign performance and apply learnings to future initiatives.
3. Collaborate with various teams to amplify community activations.
4. Develop conversational strategies to strengthen bonds with key player groups.
5. Set and monitor community performance targets, ensuring safety and satisfaction frameworks are in place.
6. Analyze community conversations to gather insights and develop UGC strategies.
Planning, Project Management, Social Media Toolstack
1. Utilize tools to analyze content impact and propose improvements.
2. Conduct benchmarks and trend observations, contributing to team ideation.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, with proven social network management skills.
* Possession of passion for gaming and gaming experiences.
* Experience in social media content creation and editing tools like CapCut, Canva, etc.
* An analytical mindset and KPI-driven approach.
* Understanding of community KPIs and social media usage by gamers.
* Experience with community and social media tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Canva, Photoshop).
* Relationship-building skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
