About the project:As a Solution Specialist with Dutch language, you will support the full sales journey, build long-term customer relationships, and use your cloud expertise to help organizations succeed with modern technologies.
Your Responsibilities:Driving new business by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunitiesPresenting technical solutions aligned with customer needs and usage scenariosAdvising customers on cloud adoption and best practices to accelerate successReviewing implementation needs and validating pricing calculationsDelivering solution demonstrations via online meetingsActing as the main technical point of contact for small and medium-sized business prospectsDelivering individual and group training sessions internallyStaying up to date with the latest cloud features, licensing models, and market developments, including competitive offerings
Requirements:Professional-level Dutch language (minimum C1 ) and fluent EnglishBachelor's degree or equivalent experience4+ years of IT/technical experienceAbility to explain end-user scenarios and technical architectures for productivity and communication platformsUnderstanding of identity, security, privacy, compliance, and their role in cloud and hybrid environmentsKnowledge of cloud deployment and adoption strategiesExperience with cloud-based collaboration, productivity, migration, and solution managementStrong customer-facing communication skills (spoken and written)Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
