You will contribute to our team as a Sales Assistant and project coordinator in brief entry and follow-up, pricing and customer presentations. You will handle client issues or internal issues such like order management, evaluation requests, and regulatory documentations. You will be in daily collaboration and communication with our clients in the Fine Fragrance industry.
You will be based in our office in L'Hospitalet de Llobrega and will report to our VP of Sales Spain.
You will:
1. Be knowledgeable of our client portfolio in Spain and the current projects
2. Request sample, industrial order; search and communicate prices
3. Follow up on samples and dispatch according to the brief
4. Follow up on briefs in collaboration with the VP Sales
5. Be a main contact in answering questions and requests of our clients
6. Follow up on projects (submission in time, ordering samples)
7. Draw olfactory pyramids for any submissions made to the client
8. Get prices for submissions or for new business
9. Maintain all pricing files according to the portfolio using SAP
10. Be the main contact for prices for the SOM assistant overseas and locally
11. Enter NBO, roll out the form in the system and then update all the files accordingly
You have:
12. University degree
13. 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales environment
14. 3 or more years of experience within the fragrance and beauty industry
15. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must, French language knowledge in huge advantage
16. Been exposed to an international environment
17. Hands‑on experience in direct client contact (phone, written, and face‑to‑face)
18. Comfortable handling numerical data and using different PC applications
19. Mastered the skills of dealing with priorities between different tasks
20. Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities
21. Been working with different partners and mastered the skills of adapting to different needs and styles of communication
