The Role
The Project Manager & Business Analytics is responsible for the timely implementation and delivery of assigned projects and/or processes including analyzing business cases, project planning, coordination with internal/external stakeholders, reporting and handover to the business.
TheProject Manager & Business Analytics is also responsible for building up and maintaining excellent relationships with mainly internal organizations and supporting the Country organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Accountable for the delivery of the assigned projects and/or taking corrective actions when results materially deviate from expectations.
* Ensure high quality execution of one-time projects and/or process changes within the business-as-usual organisation to ensure smooth processing and reporting.
* Support to set-up financial business cases with analysis of data, research of information internal and external.
* Set-up project organization including governance, reporting and necessary templates.
* Work with all departments (Commercial, MS, Finance and Operations...) to get support, define priorities, coordinate activities and to get relevant information for business management.
* Monitoring project schedules, budgets, analyse and log information.
* Create insightful dashboards and reporting tools for the country teams to expand and optimise their KPI's.
* Become a BI expert—from extracting the right data to analyzing it and drawing business conclusions and decisions
Preferable skills and competencies
* 1-2 years of experience as Business analyst. xohynlm
* Good knowledge of reporting and statistical tools, MicroStrategy, Power BI
* Proficiency in MS Office products and Excel being a must
* Advanced data modelling skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details
* Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
* Ability to lead and coordinate projects with internal (up to Senior Management level) and external stakeholders
* Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload
