Job Description

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be part of our Graduate Program in Barcelona.

Barcelona Sales Hub: Welcome to our vibrant Barcelona Sales Hub, a melting pot of 27 nationalities serving 12 countries. Located in the heart of Poblenou, Barcelona's trendiest neighborhood, our lively workspace reflects our diverse community.

What You’ll Do

* Customer Conversations: Digitally engage with your designated customers, delving into their business challenges and illustrating how HPE can make a difference for them.
* Teamwork: Collaborate closely with sales specialists, technical experts, resellers, and C-level management, shaping solutions that empower your customers.
* International Connection: Regularly travel to Belgium for in-person customer meetings, building genuine relationships that drive success.
* Precision Forecasting: Be on top of your business by ensuring your sales forecast is as accurate as possible, contributing to the strategic success of your team.
* Continuous Development: Continuously enhance your skills. At HPE, you'll encounter regular training, on-the-job coaching, and a culture of self-guided portfolio mastery.

What You’ll Need

* Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree within the last 12 months (preferably IT/ Sales)
* Bilingual Dutch/English, French Native (add-on)
* A high-energy and proactive attitude thriving on meetings and interactions with clients and business stakeholders
* Experience or a proven interest in sales and a curiosity in technology
