We’re looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex R&D delivery initiatives for a global pharmaceutical client. This role combines strategic delivery leadership, technical depth, and multi-vendor coordination across AI/ML platforms, data engineering, scientific applications, and HPC environments.
Lead large cross-functional programs across engineering, data, infrastructure, and platform teams
Drive end-to-end delivery from planning through launch and operational handoff
Coordinate distributed teams and external vendors in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
Partner closely with engineering teams on architecture, cloud, and platform delivery decisions
Use Jira, Confluence, Gemini Pro, and Atlassian AI to improve delivery forecasting and reporting
8+ years of technical project/program management experience
~ Strong background in Agile delivery, dependency management, and stakeholder leadership
~ Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), AI/ML systems, data platforms, and HPC environments
~ Excellent communication, escalation management, and executive reporting skills
PMP, Scrum, PRINCE2, or cloud certifications
Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLOps, or scientific computing workflows
Lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives in pharma R&D
Work on cutting-edge AI/ML, cloud, and scientific computing platforms
Help shape AI-powered project management practices at scale
