MISSION:
Management of the Global Industrial Engineering (GIE) function within the Global Industrialization area.
Tasks
1. Accountable for end-to-end configuration and change management processes execution on time, in form.
2. Align project-specific priorities with internal customers and suppliers.
3. Synchronize library structures and configuration with CM teams based on project priorities.
4. Ensure processes and quality gates are executed properly.
5. Facilitate resource allocation and develop alternatives to address configuration and change management topics to meet OTIF (On Time In Full).
6. Escalate issues, risks, and proposed mitigation plans to higher-level forums.
7. Ensure the consistency and sustainability of the GIE governance model:
* Ensure correct sizing of GIE annually.
* Prepare, negotiate, and consolidate the annual Global Industrial Engineering Budget.
* Supervise and validate recruitment processes and career development plans for personnel.
* Guarantee the availability and quality of data for the Global Industrial Engineering Dashboard.
* Maintain area coordination dynamics.
* Promote continuous review of processes, RACI matrix, and KPI definitions within the GIE scope.
* Drive internal improvement actions.
* Facilitate and be responsible for the internal deployment of strategic and tactical projects:
o Promote digital integration, task automation, and IA application projects.
o Evaluate risks and needs for deploying strategic and operational improvement projects related to GIE.
o Define requirements and validate new job descriptions within the GIE area.
o Sponsor and supervise internal projects led by GIE.
o Facilitate and supervise GIE involvement in internal projects led by other parties.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in industrial engineering, or technical education with relevant work experience.
* Intercultural understanding and a team player attitude.
* People leadership skills to achieve common goals and manage concerns and behaviors.
* Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and customer orientation.
* Self-responsible, structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style.
* Early risk identification skills and attention to data completeness and quality.
* Strategic and tactical vision.
* Knowledge of Teamcenter PLM and S4H ERP systems.
* 6-8 years of experience in industrialization processes, operations, product development, or project-oriented environments.
* High proficiency in English is mandatory; German is a plus.
* Punctual availability to travel.
