About the Role
As a
Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist, you will implement optimization solutions and strategies for high‐value clients, specializing in social media advertising and Google Ads management. Your role will focus on improving campaign performance and contributing to business results through meaningful data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement optimization solutions and strategies for high‐value clients.
Manage social media advertising across Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
Create keyword packages and provide bid and budget recommendations.
Build expertise in optimization techniques across Google products (GSN, YouTube, Mobile).
Conduct data and trend analysis to generate actionable insights and report on KPIs.
Requirements
Minimum 12 months of experience in digital advertising and optimization;
experience with Google,Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms is preferred.
Strong Excel skills and analytical thinking.
Good understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
Danish language proficiency: minimum B2 level.
EU ID or valid work visa.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual base salary: €23,000.
Annual premium bonus: €3,240.
Daily meal allowance: €7.63 per working day.
Annual transportation bonus: €720.
Target bonus: 5% of annual gross salary.
Health & life insurance: family plan including spouse and children.
Contract & Relocation Support
Contract type: Permanent.
Relocation support: assistance with NIF and NISS registration, help finding accommodation.
Relocation bonus: €2,000 for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal;
€1,000 for candidates relocating from outside the Lisbon metropolitan area.
