. Chief of Staff/Business Operations Leader :The Chief of Staff/Business Operations Leader will support the Head of Global Commercial and the Leadership Team. The Chief of Staff/Business Operations Leader serves as a force-multiplier to the Global Commercial Head and its Leadership Team, managing Global Commercial priorities, ensuring streamlined cross functional collaboration, and overseeing Global Commercial workstreams such as Strategic Business Initiatives, Presentations to the Board / ExCom, Annual Planning Processes, Meetings Management, Strategic offsites, Internal & External communications and other workstreams.The Chief of Staff will use strong leadership and problem-solving skills to assist with the daily operation of the Global Commercial organization. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following workstreams:Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Initiatives: Collaborating with Global Commercial LT to determine and prioritize business strategies. Overseeing strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation. Presentations: Assist Global Commercial Head in preparing presentations: Notably presentations to the Board and ExCom but also any other strategic presentation, including townhalls. Annual Planning Processes: Assist the Global Commercial Team streamlining and rolling out to the regions the Brand Plan & LRP process among other key strategic processes. Meetings Management: Organizing Global Commercial LT meeting's agenda and minutes. Planning, coordinating, and keeping contents of a meeting focused. Planning, coordinating and leading meetings and workshops. Strategic Offsites: define with Global Commercial Head required offsite meetings and ensure flawless implementation in coordination with other relevant functions.Internal and External Communication:prepare relevant internal and external communications, including communication with Analysts as well as internal announcements. Global Commercial Objectives & Scorecard: Help define Global Commercial LT Objectives and Scorecard putting in place a consistent approach across Global Commercial Teams. Help deliver objective. Put in place a system to monitor and communicate progress towards objectives. Data Analytics: Providing Global Commercial Head and Global Commercial LT with insight and analysis on the company ´s operation. Dashboards: Creating relevant dashboards and maintaining them up to date. Determining key performance indicators and how to measure business and team performance. Interaction with Regions and Global functions: help Global Commercial Head in its interactions with Region and Functional Leaders.Find synergies and an efficient process to optimize coordination. Special projects: Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives.
