PstrongJob Description /strong /ppbr/ppstrongBESS Delivery Service Manager / Engineer – CI Projects /strong /ppbr/ppstrongPosition Overview /strong /ppThe strongBESS Delivery Service Manager / Engineer (CI) /strong is responsible for the successful delivery, commissioning, and lifecycle support of strongCommercial Industrial Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects /strong after the project is secured by the sales and presales teams. /ppThis role takes full ownership of the project from strongcontract handover through installation, commissioning, and after-sales service /strong, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and according to technical specifications. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppstrong1. Project Handover Planning /strong /pulliTake over BESS projects from the strongsales and presales teams /strong after contract signing. /liliReview technical proposals, system configurations, and commercial scope. /liliDevelop project execution plans including timelines, resource planning, and site coordination. /liliConfirm system design and project requirements with internal teams and customers. /li /ulpstrong2. Project Delivery Implementation /strong /pulliManage the strongend-to-end delivery of CI BESS projects /strong. /liliCoordinate with EPC partners, installers, and subcontractors for system installation. /liliEnsure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and budget. /liliMonitor site work and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. /liliManage equipment logistics, delivery, and installation activities. /li /ulpstrong3. Commissioning System Integration /strong /pulliLead or support strongBESS commissioning activities /strong, including: /liliSystem functional testing /liliEMS / PCS / BMS integration /liliGrid connection and verification /liliWork with engineering teams to resolve technical issues during commissioning. /liliEnsure the system operates according to performance specifications. /li /ulpstrong4. Customer Support After-Sales Service /strong /pulliProvide strongtechnical support and service coordination /strong after project commissioning. /liliManage maintenance schedules and service activities. /liliTroubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with OEMs or suppliers if needed. /liliMaintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. /li /ulpstrong5. Documentation Reporting /strong /pulliPrepare project documentation including: /liliCommissioning reports /liliAs-built documentation /liliOperation and maintenance manuals /liliTrack project progress and provide regular internal updates. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliDegree in strongElectrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy /strong, or related field. /lilistrong3–7 years of experience /strong in renewable energy, BESS, solar + storage, or power systems. /liliExperience in strongCI energy storage or distributed energy projects /strong preferred. /liliUnderstanding of BESS components including: /liliBattery systems /liliPCS / inverters /liliEMS / monitoring systems /liliExperience in strongproject delivery or field engineering /strong. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongSkills /strong /pulliStrong project coordination and communication skills /liliProblem-solving and troubleshooting capability /liliFamiliarity with renewable energy systems /liliAbility to work with customers, EPCs, and suppliers /liliWillingness to travel to project sites when required /li /ul
