We are looking for a .NET / C# Team Lead for our new client - a leading Israeli IT company with 15 years of market experience and 8 years in Ukraine. Officially registered in Ukraine, Israel, and Estonia, we employ over 100 professionals worldwide. Specializing in successful startup collaboration, we offer services across e-commerce, Fintech, logistics, and healthcare.
Our client is an Israeli company offering a unified AI-powered customer communication platform. It enables businesses to manage all customer interactions across channels — including chat, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, SMS, voice, and video — from a single interface.
Key Requirements :
* 5+ years of experience in backend development with .NET / C#;
* Strong experience with Tableau (report creation, integration, and customization);
* Experience with Elastic;
* Experience building analytics / reporting tools;
* Knowledge of Redshift, ETLs, and SQL queries is a plus;
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability;
* High independence in decision-making and task execution;
* Excellent communication skills and fluent English;
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset;
English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
What you will do :
* Take full ownership of the BI and reporting system (no existing BI department);
* Build and scale out-of-the-box and custom reporting tools using Tableau;
* Maintain and refactor existing infrastructure for reporting (written in .NET);
* Implement custom analytics dashboards for external clients;
* Collaborate with product and professional services teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions;
* Occasionally support legacy tools for maintenance purposes;
* Act as a go-to person for all things related to data reporting and analytics;
