Santander Auto Software is looking for a Technical Programme Manager.
What you will be doing:
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be responsible for establishing and leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. TPM leads a program that includes launching new products and services in a given geography, large-scale application development, systems integration, and business and tech operations. The TPM is hands-on and owns the success of the program. This is a key role in Santander's overall success.
We need someone like you to help us:
* Ensure high-quality end-results with clear scope and measurable business benefits.
* Manage scope to meet commitments within time, cost, and quality constraints.
* Define and track program milestones, maintain an integrated delivery plan.
* Collaborate with partners across all areas and Technology & Operations domains to oversee software delivery lifecycle phases.
* Publish status reports and propose recommendations.
* Brief key stakeholders regularly on initiatives.
* Represent the program in governance and inter-department forums.
* Chair weekly and monthly meetings to review progress.
* Develop communication plans to support responsibilities.
Skills & Knowledge:
* Experience in digital banking programs is highly valuable.
* Ability to build trust with sponsors and stakeholders, motivate teams, and manage conflict.
* Effective navigation of a matrixed organization and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, especially Agile.
* Knowledge of Software Development and Technical Design, preferably from hands-on engineering experience.
