Are you a skilled System Engineer looking for your next challenge in a stable, international environment? We’re looking for a System Engineer to join a growing IT team based in Barcelona, supporting infrastructure and systems across multiple European locations. This role plays a key part in optimizing the shared services system landscape, contributing to stability, scalability, and innovation.
Responsibilities
* Administer and monitor IT systems and infrastructure across locations.
* Configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and tools .
* Ensure high availability and performance of enterprise systems.
* Participate in automation, integration, and cloud migration initiatives .
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently and independently.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on global IT projects and upgrades.
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years’ experience in IT system administration or engineering.
* Proficiency in Windows Server environments, VMware, Active Directory, and M365 services .
* Solid knowledge of backup systems, storage, IT security, and network troubleshooting .
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and automation tools (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, structured approach, and team mindset.
* Fluent English required;
other European languages are a plus.
