We are looking for a Business Unit Manager to lead and develop the client's Spanish operations.
Reporting to Group Management, the role combines team leadership, business development and strategic growth. Main responsibilities of the Business Unit Manager will be to:
Drive business development and secure new assignments.
5–8+ years' experience in human factors, UX or complex systems engineering.
~ Proven experience in team management, project leadership and client relationship management.
~ Demonstrated exposure to business development in industrial or engineering environments.
~ Master's degree in Engineering or Human Factors.
