General Responsibility:
As the Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in defining the company's portfolio by providing new solutions to patients. You will support candidate identification, project evaluation through cross-functional teams, and propose the most suitable candidates to the board. This role involves close collaboration with the Business Development team and external departments.
Specific Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and evaluate new business opportunities worldwide.
Conduct in-depth market research and therapeutic area analysis.
Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries, and propose creative solutions or business models promptly.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, solve problems, and address doubts during project evaluation.
Provide regular reports on progress and opportunities.
Support other activities within the Business Development Department.
Requirements and Personal Skills:
Education:
Pharmacy degree or life sciences degree.
Languages:
Advanced level in Spanish and English.
Experience:
1-2 years in the pharma industry, preferably in business development (generic business).
Specific Knowledge:
Proficiency in Excel, data analysis.
Travel:
No, occasional to 1-2 conferences per year.
Personal Skills:
Excellent communication skills, proactive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, driven decision-maker, able to work independently and in teams, with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
