As we scale, we are looking for aFinance & Operations Associateto manage the "engine room" of our company, ensuring that our financial health and operational infrastructure are as robust and innovative as the security solutions we provide to our clients.
We are a team of 50+ people, recently backed by a $15M funding round and selected by Google for Startups.
The role
As a Finance & Operations Associate, you will be the backbone of Zepo's financial health.
This foundational role is designed for someone early in their finance career (1–3 years) looking to see how a high-growth startup is built from the inside.
You will act as the "bridge" between our daily operations and our strategic financial planning, ensuring our financial data is pristine and our processes are scalable as we grow.
What you'll do
Revenue Operations: Manage the end-to-end billing process, from issuing invoices to global clients to ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate customer subscription data.
Expense & Bookkeeping Management: Own the invoice gathering and categorization process, manage corporate spend tools (e.g., Pleo), and serve as the primary point of contact for our external accounting firm.
Financial Reporting & Modeling: Assist the Fractional CFO in maintaining financial models and forecasts.
You will track core B2B SaaS KPIs (MRR, Churn, CAC, LTV) and help prepare monthly reporting decks.
Data Room Maintenance: Keep our financial records and documentation organized and audit-ready for future investors.
Compliance & Admin: Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits, ENISA loans, and R&D; tax credit applications, ensuring the company remains in "good standing" with local and international regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for
Experience:1–3 years in a finance, accounting, or operations role.
Execution Machine: You are obsessed with order; you find joy in a perfectly reconciled spreadsheet and an organized digital workspace.
Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
English Speaker: Fluent in both Spanish and English, as you will interact with both local providers and integral customers.
Analytical Mindset: You don't just input data—you have the curiosity to understand why the numbers matter and how a SaaS business model functions.
Nice to have
Previous internship experience in a startup or a Big 4 accounting firm.
Familiarity with modern startup tools (Slack, Notion, Hubspot).
Prior exposure to B2B SaaS environments.
