General Manager – theHUB Ibiza
Full-time - Spanish contract - Start Jan 2026
Total Bruto Annual Salary: €40,000 - €55,000 (depending on experience + Phase 1 performance)
We’re looking for a hands‑on, operational, financially‑minded General Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations across the café, front‑of‑house, maintenance, cleaning and events.
The role covers:
* Full ownership of café operations + P&L
* Daily venue standards (cleaning, maintenance, presentation)
* Leading FOH + hospitality teams
* Budget ownership + cost control
* Ensuring a premium member experience
* Working directly with C‑Level
Who we’re looking for:
* Strong operator with GM/AGM or senior hospitality operations experience
* Confident with numbers + P&L
* Structured, organised, calm under pressure
* Bilingual English & Spanish
* Hands‑on leadership style
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
