The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
The Head of Supply will lead the properties division at Huspy, with the mission of consolidating, optimizing, and expanding the portfolio of properties available on our platform. This role defines and executes property acquisition strategies, ensures operational efficiency in documentation and listing processes, and enhances service to clients and agents.
Portfolio Management: Develop a solid strategy for property acquisition and management, ensuring a relevant and competitive market offering.
Acquisition Strategies: Design and implement innovative plans to attract high-value properties aligned with business needs.
Operational Optimization: Organize and oversee documentation processes, property listing uploads, and quality control of listings.
Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and scale a high-performance team, ensuring goal achievement.
Analysis & Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition and portfolio management strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, technology, and marketing teams to optimize growth and efficiency in the supply area.
The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
4+ years of leadership experience in startups, proptechs, or real estate-related industries.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on metrics.
Proven experience managing teams, with leadership capabilities and talent development skills.
Knowledge of the real estate ecosystem, including property acquisition models and commercial strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
