What will you do in your day-to-day?
* Administrative management and internal support:
* Handling client calls and emails.
* Welcoming and attending to clients in person.
* Organizing mail, correspondence, and physical/digital filing.
* Coordinating bookings (meeting rooms, travel, events) and general office services.
* Providing administrative support to various departments and senior management.
* Client service and document support:
* Managing electronic platforms for contracts and certificates.
* Monitoring and archiving electronic notifications.
* Submitting ETE forms and filing tax declarations.
* Supporting corporate platforms (SUASOR, RedTrust, Postal Neos).
* Verifying clients in VIES and uploading documentation.
* Communication and training:
* Writing, translating, and proofreading texts (Spanish/English).
* Supporting corporate publications (website, blog, LinkedIn).
* Training clients on the use of digital platforms.
* Managing content and internal training in Confluence.
What we’re looking for
* Education in Administration, Communication, Translation, or similar fields.
* High level of English (spoken and written).
* Strong command of digital tools and collaborative platforms.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer orientation.
* Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a stable professional environment.
