An industrial company located near Tarazona (Zaragoza) is seeking a Logistics and Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the continuity of production and logistics flows, optimizing costs, preventing stock shortages, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze material requirements
Issue and follow up on purchase orders
Manage supplier-related incidents (delays, quality, documentation)
Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages
Update ERP (orders, receipts, inventory movements)
Coordinate with warehouse operations
Review delivery notes and supplier invoices
Prepare reports and analyze KPIs
Support supplier sourcing and evaluation
Propose improvements in procurement processes
Participate in inventory counts
Requirements:
Degree or training in Logistics or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within industrial environments (automotive is a plus)
Knowledge of supply chain, procurement, inventory management, and international trade
English level B2 or higher
ERP proficiency
Availability for occasional travel
