The Role
We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive sales execution and volume growth in Spain.
You will work with the Country Manager and iberia team with a clear focus on delivering results through partners and the installer network.
Your success will come from your ability to build relationships, stay close to the market, and consistently drive activity and sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop existing distribution partners
• Expand and strengthen the installer network across Spain
• Drive sales volume in line with targets set by the Country Manager
• Support partners to increase sell-through and market activity
• Maintain strong, consistent engagement with customers and partners
• Identify and act on opportunities within the existing channel structure
• Represent Fox ESS in meetings, events, and customer interactions

What We're Looking For
• A strong desire to succeed and exceed targets
• Professional, confident, and highly driven mindset
• Proven experience in sales or business development (any sector)
• Strong relationship management skills
• Hands-on, execution-focused approach
• Ability to follow direction and deliver results at pace
• Fluent Spanish and good English essential
Energy or solar experience is an advantage, but not essential. Attitude and drive are far more important.
