The role requires a candidate with strong legal skills, supervisory experience, and the ability to communicate risks concisely. It supports various areas including global commodity deals, sustainability projects, and supply chain contracts, primarily in the EU and SEAA regions.
Key responsibilities include legal counseling, supervising legal work, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing risks, and collaborating across teams. The role demands a mature professional with at least 12+ years of legal advisory experience, bar qualification, and a passion for ESG matters.
Core skills include excellent English drafting, business acumen, cross-cultural communication, project management, and flexibility for global coordination. Experience in sustainability, commodity contracts, and IP clauses is advantageous.
