Role Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Global Customer Officer, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in retail organizations or managing retail relationships, preferably with a background in CPG and retail sectors. Experience in data-driven insights, advisory capabilities, sales, and client management is highly valued.
Responsibilities include:
* Designing and executing global strategies to drive retail retention, acquisition, and revenue
* Identifying opportunities to accelerate retail business growth
* Promoting change and working across functions to meet client needs
* Building strong relationships with global retail clients to ensure value and advocacy
* Achieving sales, profit, and new business targets
* Collaborating with commercial, marketing, and finance teams for alignment and reporting
* Negotiating win-win agreements with retail clients
* Supporting market leaders in client collaboration at the country level
* Enhancing the Advantage brand through thought leadership activities
Location:
The role is remote, ideally based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany) or North America (US, Canada).
Travel expectations include: Client visits, occasional trips to Toronto, and industry events.
