We're a startup building the world's most scalable ad agency. With your help, we'll design and test products that enable ad agencies like ours to deliver results that are humanely impossible. Our team consists of engineers, media buyers, and designers. We are well-capitalized and backed by top Silicon Valley investors including Canaan, Neo, and many more.
This role is for you if you are:
A customer-obsessed marketing strategist
First in line to try the newest AI marketing tools
Well-versed in navigating the
Ads Managers
for the main paid social and search ad platforms, leveraging the latest tools and features
Run campaigns focused on sales and results, not just traffic and awareness
Passionate about ad networks and performance marketing strategy
Obsessed with discovering and tracking social media trends
Customer-obsessed (we emphasize this twice on purpose!)
Focused on paid media;
we do not do SEO or other digital channels, only ads
Believing that the best marketing is AI-assisted, data-driven, and human-in-the-loop
This role is for an account manager who can help set strategy based on client needs and business objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
Digital Strategy (30%) :
Understand client objectives and KPIs, define strategy based on budget and goals, analyze results and market trends, manage a team of marketers to deliver a top-tier ad experience.
Account Management (60%) :
Interface directly with clients weekly, present reports, update on campaigns, guide on tools, and assist with media queries. Be the primary client contact at Valid.
Product (10%) :
Collaborate with engineering and PMs to translate marketing needs into real products.
Required Qualifications
Strong English and communication skills
5+ years of performance marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing +$250,000/month ad spend on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.
Experience in an agency setting and managing client relationships
Comfort with data analysis and statistical methods to interpret ad account performance
Nice to Have
Experience managing and hiring marketing teams
Advertising mobile apps with MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, AirBridge, Singular, etc.)
Understanding SKAN and iOS attribution, including Apple Search Ads
