The Role
Location : While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster's positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire (you?!), this role does require that you are based within +3 / -7 UTC.
Reporting into the Director of Product Growth, you will join our Product Growth team, working directly with a cross-functional group of engineering, design, and marketing teams to improve our acquisition and activation rates through the product itself. You will lead this team and their roadmap, oversee experimentation, and manage your backlog. You will analyze and report on learnings, share wins with stakeholders, and align outcomes with Oyster’s quarterly OKRs.
What you'll do
* Own our product experimentation process, creating frameworks to test and assess initiatives
* Translate complex business problems into concise experiments and roadmaps
* Manage work priorities, balancing customer value and time to market
* Write product/marketing documents, requirements, user stories, or specifications
* Advocate for Product-Led Growth and experimentation as growth drivers
* Analyze existing products and identify opportunities for innovation
* Drive product launches with stakeholders, marketing, and leadership
* Identify and resolve strategic and tactical issues affecting goals
* Establish processes to improve experimentation velocity
What we're looking for
* 5+ years in SaaS B2B Product Management, with 2+ years in growth roles
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to identify opportunities and streamline monetization
* Experience leading cross-functional, data-driven teams
* Collaborative leadership skills to rally teams around growth objectives
* Strong analytical skills with experience tracking experiments and metrics
* Familiarity with analytics and marketing automation tools
Nice to Have
* Agile and/or Reforge certifications
* Proficiency in SQL
* Experience in HR Software Industry
* Marketing background
