Your mission:
The SAP HCM Consultant will serve as a SAP Payroll Expert for the HR Service Delivery Payroll Team, focusing on French accounts. Responsibilities include executing payroll and time processes, evaluating schemas, managing overtime, contributions, taxes, legal reporting (DSN), and configuring SAP HCM & Payroll to meet business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and implement high-quality system configurations to meet business requirements.
* Perform configurations for SAP HCM modules, especially Payroll (evaluation & schemas).
* Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for accounts, coordinating tasks and supporting team members.
* Lead SAP Payroll Management development, identify and resolve defects.
* Analyze payroll schemas to troubleshoot discrepancies.
* Resolve complex payroll defects related to overtime, social security, legal reporting, allowances, taxes, and other French payroll specifics.
* Participate in SAP HR projects supporting HR Services delivery.
* Demonstrate extensive SAP HCM & Payroll configuration expertise.
* Have hands-on experience with French Payroll schemas, DSN, PCRs, wage types, and basic pay setup.
* Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues, document tickets accurately and promptly.
Experience and Skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree with a technical focus, or equivalent.
* Experience in SAP Payroll Management.
* Experience with SAP HCM in French Payroll.
* Knowledge of SAP HCM PA/OM is a plus.
* Experience with SAP HCM ABAP is highly valuable.
* Ability to handle confidential information effectively.
* Proficiency in SAP, MS Office (Excel, Access, Word), and reporting tools.
* Strong strategic and analytical skills.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
