Junior Congress Insights Support Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Congress Engagement & Insights Support Specialist to join a top-tier pharmaceutical company and support the adoption and execution of global congress engagement platform and insights processes.
This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys hands-on user support, training, and operational coordination, and who likes working at the intersection of business processes, digital tools, and stakeholder engagement in an international environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal users and key stakeholders to support the setup and execution of congress activities, ensure high-quality insights capture, and enable consistent use of the EPIC framework and related tools. The focus of the role is on user enablement, guidance, and operational excellence rather than strategic ownership.
Job Responsibilities
* Deliver clear, practical training on the Congress Framework, EPIC, KITs, and insights capture processes.
* Hand hold and guide end users through setup, execution, and post congress activities.
* Translate processes and tools into simple, actionable steps for different user groups.
* Act as the primary support contact for end users, resolving questions and issues related to congress engagement and insights.
* Provide real time and follow up support before, during, and after congresses.
* Proactively identify user challenges and address them through targeted guidance or refresher training.
* Support the creation, validation, and upload of Congress KITs and insight structures in EPIC.
* Ensure correct and timely capture of congress insights and engagement data.
* Support consolidation and basic reporting of congress insights.
* Maintain basic Excel trackers to support oversight of congress KITs, insight capture, and completion status.
* Produce simple summaries and reports to support transparency and follow up.
* Communicate clearly, calmly, and effectively with end users and stakeholders.
* Act as a reliable interface between framework requirements and day to day user execution.
* Share clear guidance, reminders, and best practices to drive consistency.
Required Qualifications
* Experience working in corporative events coordination.
* Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or similar field.
* Strong training and facilitation skills with a hands‑on, user‑centric approach.
* Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics simply and clearly.
* Service‑oriented mindset with patience and confidence in supporting users.
* Basic Excel skills (trackers, filters, summaries).
* Ability to follow and consistently apply defined processes and standards.
* Professional working proficiency in English.
