Investment Front Office System Specialist
Our opportunity
The Front Office Specialist is responsible for acting as the System Administrator and Subject Matter Expert for Bloomberg AIM (Front Office Investment System). This role involves performing daily operational tasks to ensure Bloomberg AIM's full operational availability according to globally defined standards and processes. Additionally, the specialist supports problem-solving processes by managing information flow between the customer and Bloomberg.
Your role
As a Front Office Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Acting as the system owner and primary contact between Zurich and Bloomberg.
2. Building and maintaining an excellent understanding of all system and business processes related to Bloomberg AIM, sharing this knowledge with team members and Bloomberg AIM users across the group.
Your Skills and Experience
Ideally, your skills and qualifications will include:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Finance.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
3. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
4. Solid knowledge of Investment Management, including traditional and non-traditional instruments.
5. Strong business and data analysis skills, with the ability to generate detailed business requirements.
6. Good teamwork skills, as well as being self-driven and capable of managing smaller projects independently with minimal guidance.
