Company: Heidi Health Title: GTM Associate Location: Barcelona (Remote first, then Hybrid – 2-3 days/week in-office) Language: Spanish, English (Catalan a plus) WFH policy: Hybrid Industry: Healthcare / HealthTech Product: AI Medical Scribe for Clinicians Size and functions of the local team: Scaling to 4-person team (1 Lead, 2 GTM Associates, 1 Language Lead) Role description: You’ll be a founding member of the Spain team, working directly with both the Spain Lead and Global Expansion Lead to execute across sales, operations, strategy, partnerships, and growth. This is a high-impact, fast-paced, hands-on role in which you’ll be helping build a new market from scratch, with strong opportunities to grow into leadership as the company scales. Key responsibilities include: Acting as a generalist operator, moving across strategy, BD, sales, ops, partnerships, and GTM. Owning and refining the local sales motion, aligned with Heidi’s PLG (product-led growth) strategy. Building and closing strategic partnerships with healthcare ecosystem players. Creating internal processes from scratch for scalable, repeatable execution. Gathering market and customer feedback to shape the local playbook. Representing Heidi Health in Spain, building brand presence and managing key relationships.
