The Position
Headquartered in Spain with locations in Madrid, London, and Lisbon, Keepler is expanding across Europe, especially in the UK & Ireland. We are seeking a strong and experienced Account Sales Manager in Spain with proven account development skills, focused on midsize and large enterprises. Experience and relationships with Hyperscale Cloud partners, and selling AI and data & analytics solutions, will be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be responsible for significantly growing Keepler's business to meet ambitious financial targets. The main focus will be developing and expanding existing accounts by leveraging Keepler's value selling framework and service offerings. The role requires aligning with Keepler's sales strategies, with experience in the banking sector being a plus.
The Account Sales Manager will assist Keepler’s customers in leveraging state-of-the-art Cloud & Data Analytics and AI technologies to innovate and become data-driven, enhancing their competitiveness, agility, and resilience by integrating data into their processes via data products.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties
* Grow the business within a defined ideal customer profile and establish Keepler as a strategic partner.
* Collaborate with Cloud Partner Sales Organizations (mainly AWS and Google) to develop pipelines and create new opportunities within existing customers.
* Understand customer value drivers, challenges, and desired business outcomes.
* Work with customers and Keepler's technical team to translate outcomes into required capabilities that Keepler’s services can meet.
* Maintain knowledge of existing customer references and the value Keepler has delivered.
* Promote and sell offers, solutions, and services aligned with Keepler’s development strategy, focusing on value selling.
* Develop business and account plans for targeted customers.
* Increase revenue through bookings from targeted accounts.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities, emphasizing Keepler’s ROI and strategic advantage.
* Manage accounts comprehensively, including planning, forecasting, and team communication.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Build, monitor, and manage sales pipelines to ensure a steady flow of near, mid, and long-term opportunities, analyzing win/loss ratios.
Professional Requirements & Experience
* 5-8 years of IT / Cloud / Data sales experience in Spain, with a proven record of closing new business and quota attainment.
* Experience in IT professional services projects related to AI, Data & Analytics.
* Experience working with AWS and/or Google Cloud in Spain.
* Proven success in developing large company accounts.
* Ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
* Consistent track record of customer growth and quota achievement.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Team player with results-oriented mindset.
* Knowledge of core cloud computing concepts, including compute, storage, databases, microservices, analytics, serverless, and machine learning.
