In this Architect role, you will be part of Glencore Zinc’s Global SAP Support team, handling day-to-day incidents as well as system enhancement and continuous improvement opportunities that require Security / Authorization and GRC skills.
Your expertise in Security / Authorizations across different SAP modules will be crucial in driving the successful implementation of new initiatives, ensuring a SOD-free set of roles, and maintaining the current SAP landscape.
You will resolve Security-related issues by following standardized procedures, ensuring SAP is properly governed and complies with our policies.
More specifically, you will be expected to:
* Have Architect-level knowledge of SAP Security and GRC concepts / subject matter;
* Ensure that Security roles are segregation of duty free;
* Administer security authorization and role creation;
* Design and maintain authorizations and roles for SAP Fiori Launchpad;
* Maintain security design and admin process documentation;
* Suggest and implement enhancements supporting growth and improving security;
* Perform system reviews and limit access according to security policies;
* Liaise with auditors to provide information and improve solutions;
* Stay updated on recent developments in SAP security and review/adopt them;
* Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to provide specialized SAP security for projects, minimizing segmentation of duties and responsibilities that could conflict.
Do you have what it takes?
* Deep understanding of SAP Security and GRC best practices with 10+ years of hands-on experience, including at least 3 years in S/4HANA / Fiori environment;
* At least 5 years of experience with GRC ARA and EAM modules;
* Good knowledge of FI (Universal GL, AP, AR), MM, and PM modules from a business perspective;
* An analytical mindset, structured working style, and ability to get things done;
* Strong client relationship skills and effective communication abilities;
* Team player, flexible, eager to learn;
* Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
Language: As part of a global team, fluency in English (verbal and written) is required. Knowledge of French, German, and/or Spanish is desirable.
Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
