We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for the European Institutions in Brussels, Belgium. This role involves working closely with our public sector clients, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client portfolios, building strong relationships, monitoring project progress, and delivering excellent client service and added value services.

Tasks and Responsibilities Preparation of business requirements and approval of specifications
Management of change requests
Coordination and review of acceptance testing and planning of deliveries
Reporting of status of IT module to stakeholders
Assistance with preparation of guidelines and training material
Assistance and/or participation in business requirements documents and other relevant documents
Interaction with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders and developers
Participation in working groups, progress meetings and meetings with users
Profile Bachelor or Master degree
+5/+7/+9 years relevant experience in business analysis
Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams, etc.)
Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other equivalent methodology
Knowledge of Enterprise Architect is an advantage
Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis
Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes
Ability to give business and technical presentations
Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
Analysis and problem solving skills
Capability to write clear and structured business requirements documents
Certificate in Agile methodology would be a plus
Fluent in English
