FEDCEL GROUP, S.L. is an international BPO services provider based in Barcelona, Spain. We deliver top-tier support to our integral partners, and we are now expanding our team with Turkish-speaking specialists.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist iGaming players through live chat, email, and phone — ensuring a fast, friendly, and professional service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver excellent support to Turkish-speaking clients.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
- Record all interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.

Requirements:

- Fluent Turkish and English (working proficiency).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and patience.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
