RESPONSIBILITIES
With our consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:
* Contribute to delivering sales targets: volume, net sales, share of market, shelf, high shelf, boxes, and visibility.
* Accountable for implementing the commercial plan agreed in the Accounts Integrated Activity Plan (IAP).
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure shoppers find our brands.
* Negotiate to improve distribution and visibility targets with stores and regional managers.
* Install and ensure all activations in store coming from CPA and KA plans and their own initiatives.
* Drive value share growth and share of shelf for our brands in the channel.
* Develop our premium portfolio and protect the core business in the channel.
SKILLS

* Ability to form strong relationships, negotiate and influence best‑in‑class plans.
* Strong commercial, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
* Creative thinking and strong activation plans that drive rate of sale and distribution of our brands.
* Competency in PowerPoint, Excel, and forecasting/data tools.
* Fluent in Spanish, as the position is responsible for Spain.
