Quality Standard Conformance Manager (QCM)

Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Standard Conformance Manager (QCM) to join our quality area. The selected candidate will lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to increase
- Process performance and product adherence to standards
- Reliability of processes
- Repeatability of processes, at the initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.
- Ensure that the Quality Control Requirements of the product and the associated process are satisfied.
- Coordinate Control Plan routine meetings to capture each input linked to the process.
- Drive inspection optimization activities (reinforcement, reallocation, reduction) as part of the E2E Inspection Process.
- Enforce multi‑functional team collaboration to contribute to process efficiency.
- Ensure effective operational feedback loops to capture additional required inspections.
- Digitalise Control Plan by deploying IT tools.
- Manage risks and opportunities.
- Perform status reporting; create and maintain KPIs.
- Collaborate on PFMEA.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
- Advanced level in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
