As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly and professional voice for our clients, handling incoming calls with care and attentiveness. After each call, you’ll summarize the key details in a call log and pass it along to the appropriate client.

Job requirements
This is you:
- You are fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken, at a native level.
- You have a good command of English.
- You’ve successfully completed your education or university studies and have already gained some professional experience in an office setting.
- You have a passion for customer communication and bring persuasion skills and persistence to the role.
- You possess solid PC skills and have a service-oriented mindset, with a natural focus on customer care.
