You’ll be responsible for shaping the product direction, scaling user adoption, and ensuring NioForce becomes a solution that users love, use, and stick with.This role requires a high degree of autonomy and an ownership mentality — someone who loves building user-centric solutions and knows how to combine data, design, and business strategy to deliver real impact.What you’ll doDefine and lead the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with business objectives and user needsDrive growth through product-led experimentation, user retention, and continuous improvementPrioritize development based on customer feedback and clear metricsWork cross functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and strategy to deliver consistently and quicklyIdentify opportunities for strategic integrations and (specially project management tools)Track and analyze product metrics, optimize user flows and key KPIsRepresent the product internally and externally, championing the vision and impactWhat we’re looking for8+ years in product management, with at least 3–5 in SaaS leadership rolesYou’ve built and scaled B2B SaaS products, led roadmaps, and driven adoption, activation, and retention.Product + Growth MindsetYou’ve built and scaled SaaS products and understand how to drive user adoption, activation, and retention.Ownership MentalityYou’ve led or co-founded projects and operate with autonomy and business awareness. You make decisions as if the product were yours.Proven Track Record of ImpactYou’ve delivered measurable results across key product metrics :
adoption, revenue, retention, or engagement.Strong UX / UI SensibilityYou care deeply about building intuitive, usable, and attractive products. You know how to prototype, test, and improve quickly.Data-Driven Decision MakingYou rely on data to guide priorities, optimize funnels, and validate experiments.Leadership and Mentoring (Bonus)You’ve shared your expertise in communities, product schools, or accelerators.
