Product Manager for Crop Development
Our company is looking for a seasoned Product Manager to oversee the development and commercialization of our crop products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of crops, ensuring their quality and consistency meet market demands.
The idóneo candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in product management or similar roles within agriculture. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to turn market data into business insights, along with excellent organizational abilities.
Required Skills:
- Agricultural Engineering/Agronomy/Plant Science degree (Preferred)
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business/Marketing/Product Management (Preferred)
- Data analysis/project management training (Plus)
- Cross-functional leadership experience with berries/horticulture/plant propagation background desired.
The selected candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills while collaborating effectively across teams without direct reporting responsibilities.
