Experteer Overview As a Senior Analyst on the Monopoly Go! team in Seville, you drive quality across feature releases. You will lead QA activities within a tight-knit pod, shaping test plans, suites, and defect management to protect user experience. You collaborate with developers, Live & Release, and support teams to prevent regressions and resolve live issues. - Ensure pod releases meet high quality standards across defect prevention and user experience
- Develop clear test plans with scope, estimates, tooling needs, and release requirements
- Create, maintain and execute pod-specific test suites and cases
- Maintain a prioritized bug database aligned with pod work
- Onboard external embedded QA resources and align with internal processes
- Lead hands-on testing and uphold accountability across development stages
- Raise pre-production quality concerns by reviewing briefs and designs
- Facilitate pod playtests and track issues for follow-up actions
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Live & Release to investigate live issues and root causes
- Adhere to QA governance and lifecycle from inception to post-release
- Participate in pod/QA ceremonies and align with team strategy
- Coordinate with developers to assess cross-functional impacts on quality
- Monitor app health metrics (ANRs, crashes) post-release and mitigate issues
- Contribute to annual reviews with feedback and professional growth
