Tu misión: Llevar al límite el rendimiento de nuestras bicis y riders. Serás el nexo técnico entre el ciclista y la máquina, proponiendo soluciones de vanguardia y garantizando que todo ruede perfecto cuando la presión aumenta. Tu día a día: * Sintonía total: Trabajarás codo a codo con los riders para personalizar cada ajuste. * Logística de competición: Responsable del transporte del material y el vehículo oficial. * Dominio del Paddock: Liderarás el montaje y mantenimiento de nuestra base en carreras y tests. ¿Qué buscamos en ti? * Experto técnico: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en mecánica integral (tienda o equipo). * Espíritu nómada: Disponibilidad total para viajar y trabajar fines de semana. * Comunicación: Nivel medio de inglés (¡el paddock es internacional!). * Actitud: Una persona resolutiva, rigurosa y que brille bajo presión. ----- Are you passionate about seeing how a perfectly tuned machine can mark the difference with every millisecond? Your day-to-day: * Perfect synergy: Work side by side with riders to fine-tune every setup detail. * Race logistics: Responsible for transporting equipment and the official team vehicle. * Paddock expertise: Lead the setup and maintenance of our race and testing base. What we’re looking for: * Technical expert: At least 3 years of experience in full-service bike mechanics (shop or team environment). * Travel mindset: Full availability to travel and work weekends. * Communication skills: Intermediate level of English (the paddock is international!). * Attitude: A proactive, detail-oriented person who thrives under pressure.
