Job Overview
We're looking for a Solution Designer to help shape the future of our HCM SaaS platform. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between product strategy and delivery, ensuring we build solutions that solve real customer pain points, address compliance needs, and deliver seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across the business to define clear, valuable requirements and lead the translation of user needs into high‐impact product features. This is a key role in turning strategic vision into actionable work that directly improves outcomes for professional users in our HCM platform.
★ Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our Barcelona office ★
You'll work in a cross‐functional environment alongside product managers, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders. The team is collaborative, domain‐driven, and customer‐focused, prioritising continuous improvement and iterative delivery. You will lead requirement gathering sessions, structure product backlogs, and contribute to roadmap refinement and delivery planning.

What You'll Gain

Background or interest in Payroll and HR domains
Ability to balance user needs, compliance requirements, and business priorities
Fluency in English
Nice‐to-Have Skills
Experience in SaaS HR/payroll systems
Familiarity with compliance‐driven environments
Technical awareness of software development lifecycles and constraints
