At MSC Cruises, we are currently growing our new Hub in Valencia and looking for French‐speaking profiles with experience in sales or back office environments to join our team.
Your Impact Sales & Conversion: Lead consultative sales conversations from initial interest to confirmed booking. You will handle objections, manage urgency, drive upsells, and take full ownership of your individual revenue targets (NTR).
Portfolio Growth: Build and nurture a personal client portfolio using both inbound requests and proactive outbound campaigns. You will manage structured follow‐ups in our CRM to encourage repeat business and long‐term loyalty.
Expert Advisory: Master MSC itineraries, ships, and pricing to confidently recommend tailored solutions that balance customer needs with our premium brand experience.
Who You Are Experienced in Sales: You bring a proven background in consultative, phone‐based sales. Backgrounds in travel, hospitality, or premium retail are a major plus.
Commercially Driven: You possess a strong commercial mindset with a natural focus on conversion, results, and hitting targets.
Relationship Builder: You are confident in managing customer relationships, guiding decision‐making, and navigating objections.
The Essentials Language: Fluency in French (spoken and written).
Location: Based in Valencia, Spain.
Full right to work in Spain.
Comfortable working rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
