WHAT DOES A CONTRACTS COMPLIANCE ANALYST DO?
As a Contracts Compliance Analyst, you manage commitments and contracts for BMBV. You are the first point of contact for executing all BMBV global third-party contracts. Ensuring compliance with document flow, delegation of authority, and policies is essential.
You will report to the Procurement Services Lead and work in the Barcelona office.

This is your first or second role after your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
You are enthusiastic, structured, and communicate effectively in English.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Be the first contact point for Primos regarding BMBV global third-party contracts
* Supervise and administer contract management and signing processes
* Review documents for quality, approvals, and compliance (e.g., BMBV board approval, payment terms committee)
* Execute documents using tools like DocuSign and Comas
* Maintain the commitments list
* Support or lead training on contract management and compliance
* Archive documents in the global repository
* Conduct periodic reviews/audits and maintain records for contract activities
* Align SAP OA and perform conditions checks
SKILLS
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
* Effective in a matrix organization
* Understanding of end-to-end business processes
* Ability to identify root causes and resolve issues
* Organized with good prioritization skills
* Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to the Board and explaining financial concepts
* Independent, proactive, and able to manage high workloads
