Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our sales team and play a critical role in expanding our presence in the DACH market. Must be a German speaker.
As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for future customers, sparking interest and opening doors for our Account Executives to close.

What you'll do
Own the top of the sales funnel:
identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and qualify inbound leads with speed and precision.
Build meaningful conversations with stakeholders—often up to C-level—by understanding their challenges and connecting them to the value of Lucanet’s platform.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth, arranging in-person / virtual meetings.
Use tools like Salesloft, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage outreach, track activity, and maintain high-quality CRM hygiene.
Share insights from conversations to help refine messaging, improve targeting, and shape our go-to-market strategy.

What you bring to the table
A strong foundation for a career in sales—through academic achievement, early professional experience, or demonstrated interest in commercial roles.
Proven success in executing strategic outbound campaigns. You enjoy initiating new conversations, building relationships, and opening doors that create real opportunities.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, capable of building trust with stakeholders, including C-level executives.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. You take initiative, handle ambiguity well, and are motivated by impact.
