We are looking for a Vulnerability Security Analyst to support the Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) of a global pharmaceutical company. In this role, you will help formulate vulnerability management frameworks and work structures for initiatives related to infrastructure technology and solution delivery teams, among other duties.
Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in vulnerability management.
* Experience with vulnerability scanner tools.
* Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and familiarity with common cybersecurity tools and software.
* Experience in networking and operating systems.
* Ability to communicate technical topics effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Experience in incident response is a plus.
* Security certifications like Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Security+, BTL1, or OSCP are desirable but not mandatory.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of vulnerability remediation, from ticket creation and assignment to closure.
* Ensure clear and detailed communication of vulnerabilities to responsible parties for corrective actions.
* Identify, analyze, and resolve vulnerability tickets promptly.
* Support simulations and penetration testing to validate infrastructure security.
* Regularly check the Microsoft Security bulletin for updates and vulnerabilities.
* Execute vulnerability scans on demand.
* Generate reports on vulnerability findings and remediation activities for management review.
* Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
* Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security posture through security measures and patch management.
Schedule
08/09h - 17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible), with 1 day in-office and 4 days remote.
