Global Responsibility
Managing Xiromed's EU portfolio pipeline, both internal and external, to meet business goals. This includes planning, technical preparation, timely market launch, and ensuring successful market entry.
Specific Responsibilities
* Improve business case formats and forecasting accuracy, and participate in launch and replenishment order processes.
* Lead the implementation and maintenance of launch planning systems, likely SAP-based.
* Negotiate COGs for launches and existing portfolios, renegotiating where margins are low.
* Manage forecasting and order placement for launches.
* Coordinate internal portfolio configurations for regulatory and business cases.
* Lead launch management activities, including being part of the launch team and leading multiple launches.

Requirements
* Education: University Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
* Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* Experience: 4 years in launch and project management; experience in business development and COGs negotiation.
* Knowledge: Systems implementation and maintenance.
* Travel: Willing to travel.
* Personal Skills: Flexibility, cooperative attitude, teamwork, good communication and organizational skills, problem-solving abilities.
